The Acrylic Nail Academy Terms and Conditions

This forms an agreement between The Acrylic Nail Academy and you. These terms and conditions apply to you booking a course, Kit and any other matters arising from that application. This will outline our obligation to you and your obligation to us. Course dates and assessments may also be subject to change as unforeseen circumstances can not be avoided.

PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS
a) All applications are via our website theacrylicnailacademy.co.uk
b) Course bookings are processed on first come first served basis.
c) To secure your place on any of our courses you must complete an online payment booking by deposit or a pay in full option. Alternatively give us a call and we can take you’re booking over the phone.
Prices are correct at the time of your booking. If you choose the deposit only payment option any balances should be paid on time by the specified date that we arrange with you.

STUDENT PRACTICE
Whilst every care is taken when we are delivering our courses and to prevent any issues for students who are practising treatments you must be aware that this is training academy and that you accept that there may be risk associated with receiving treatments from a student. It is your responsibility to adhere to our rules and regulations whilst attending our courses and comply with safe practice.

a) A booking may be transferred for the same course subject to availability, free of charge if three or more weeks notice is given.
b) If it is less than 3 weeks you may be subject to loosing any money paid to us.
c) We do however understand that emergencies can happen but to secure your place a payment for the course must be paid in FULL to secure your next course date.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
a) Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the course start date will incur 100% of fees paid. If a genuine medical certification can be provided to us the course will be transferred to a new date. Any subsequent course cancellation will incur a forfeit of all fees paid.
The Acrylic Nail Academy is under no obligation to offer a refund of any fees paid.
b) If however WE have to arrange a course date you are entitled to a FULL REFUND of any fees paid to us. (Please allow 14 days for this type of refund)
b) For course rearranging you must give us 3 weeks notice.
c) Refunds will not be applicable if any of the online training material has been accessed.
d) If a student does not attend and with no notice, all fees paid for that course will be fortified.
e) The Acrylic Nail Academy reserves the right to refuse or fulfill a booking should they wish not to do so.
The Acrylic Nail Academy can at no time be responsible for individuals loss of earnings or travel expenses due to rescheduling.

If monies are transferred for an alternative course date, this will be held for up to six months, if after this time no alternative date has been booked any unused fees will be forfeited.

CERTIFICATES
Certification Certificates are issued to the person who has attended the course only. Any replacement certificates will be charged at £15.
All course fees must be paid before a certificate is issued.

INDIVIDUAL NEEDS
If you feel you need additional support we are more than happy to assist you with any particular learning needs e.g. physical disability, hearing impairment or literacy skills, please could you inform us of your individual needs when booking on our courses. We will contact you to discuss your requirements and needs.

KITS
If you would like to order a kit through us, payment will be required in full.

WEATHER / ADVERSE CONDITIONS
If The Acrylic Nail Academy has to close due to severe weather conditions outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, Virus, flooding or industrial action we are not able to offer refunds, however the course will be moved to an alternative date of your choice.

PERSONAL DETAILS & PAYMENTS
We will never disclose information about you to any third party.
We only use your email address to confirm course bookings and arrange kits for students.
We only use a third party to process your card payments and we will never store your financial information.

COMPLAINTS
We will reply to any disputes and queries within 10 working days.
